Patrons will enjoy a personalized tour of our tasting room, production room and warehouse to understand the process of producing spirits from grain to spirit. All phases of the production process, from milling, cooking and fermenting the grain, to running the still, to aging the spirits are discussed.
Once the production tour is complete, patrons will move back to the tasting room to enjoy a sampling of our fine spirits, including a discussion of how to analyze spirits based on flavor, olfactory, color and other "sensory" categories.
